Mental Wealth refers to the intangible assets (such as emotional resilience) that contribute to an individual's overall mental well-being. We believe that members who enroll in POWER Self-Defense Academy are able to develop those intangibles.
We partner with B.A.D ASS Women Training to provide Life-Saving techniques to defend against attempted assaults and/or attempted abductions related to trafficking. #MentalSelf

Mental Self or Mental Self-Care refers to engaging in activities that promote and maintain mental well-being. We believe that women who engage/participate in B.A.D ASS Bootcamps achieve a mental state that might not otherwise be achieved.
We partner with Ohio Kickboxing Promotions to provide a safe, competitive outlet where athletes score points by demonstrating the "martial arts" principles of self-control and managing your emotions. #MentalHealth
