USA-SDI™ was built on one conviction: every person deserves the skills, confidence, and community to protect themselves and the people they love. We are comprised of three distinct programs, CUT ROUGHER™ Martial Arts, MOTIA™, and BAD Ass™ Women.
BUILT FROM NECESSITY
USA-SDI™ was founded by a Military Veteran/Government Intelligence & Terrorism expert who saw a gap between traditional martial arts schools and the real-world needs of everyday people — families, women, men who wanted more than sport competition or fitness classes.
We built a different kind of school—one grounded in practical, real-world training, respectful of martial arts tradition, and honest about what works when it matters most. USA-SDI™ is comprised of three separate programs; CUT ROUGHER™ Martial Arts, MOTIA™, and BAD Ass™ Women. We equip students with both the skills and character to face life’s challenges.
From our flagship KBX™ program for kids and adults, to the MOTIA™ wilderness forge for men, to the BAD Ass™ Women workshop series — every program we offer is built around the same core belief: real training changes real lives.

Our KBX™ program follows a certified curriculum with structured belt progression and instructor accountability.
Youth Safety Standards
All instructors working with minors are background-checked and trained in youth-appropriate instruction methods.

Our proprietary RESOLVE™ and EMPOWER™ Frameworks are the backbones of both MOTIA™ and BAD Ass™ Women respectively.
