BAD Ass™ WOMEN
A quarterly workshop series that gives women real, practical self-defense skills. Designed to be accessible to every woman, regardless of size, age, or fitness level.
BUILT FOR EVERY WOMAN
(B)eauties (A)gainst (D)omestic (Ass)ault — BAD Ass™ Women is not a fitness class. It's not a feel-good workshop. It's a focused, practical, quarterly self-defense workshop that teaches women how to recognize danger, create distance, and respond effectively — in the real world, not just in a controlled gym setting.
Using our proprietary EMPOWER™ Framework, every workshop is structured to meet women where they are and give them tools that work regardless of their size, strength, or prior experience. You will leave with skills you can use immediately.
THE REALITY WOMEN FACE
These are not abstract statistics. They are the reason this workshop exists.
Women globally have experienced physical or sexual violence in their lifetime
WHO, 2025Women subjected to intimate partner violence in the past 12 months alone
WHO, 2025Women and girls killed by intimate partners or family members every single day
UNODC/UN Women, 2025Of all detected human trafficking victims worldwide are women and girls
UNODC, 2024HOW WE TEACH
The EMPOWER™ Framework was developed by Military Veteran and former Government Intelligence & Terrorism expert, Mitch Harris. It is a unified women's self-defense framework that integrates mental awareness and physical preparedness into one personal-safety approach.
Guiding Principle
Survival over domination. The objective is not to "win a fight". It is to preserve autonomy, interrupt the threat, and reach safety. Whatever a person does to survive — including complying — is the right choice, and an assault is never the victim's fault.
Evaluate your surroundings
Maintain boundaries and distance
Prepare your mind and body
Open a path to safety
Work toward release
Escape and enlist help
Recover and reinforce

WHAT HAPPENS IN A WORKSHOP
Abduction Awareness & Defense
We open with situational awareness and threat recognition — teaching women how to identify, address, and respond to abduction attempts before they escalate. Through hands-on physical training, participants learn practical techniques to resist forced movement, create distance, and defend against an attacker attempting to relocate or isolate them.
Assault Awareness & Defense
We build on Hour 1 by teaching women how to identify, address, and respond to assault attempts before they escalate. Through hands-on instructor-led training, every participant works through practical techniques to interrupt an attack, create distance, and defend against an assailant — with individual coaching at every step.
NEXT WORKSHOP
Workshops are kept small to ensure every participant gets individual coaching. Reserve your spot early.
